BibeCoffee will take part in World Coffee Forum 2026 in Seoul, with Vasilis Apostolopoulos, Co-Founder and CEO, speaking as part of The Sessions on Friday, 13 November.
The session will focus on emerging technology trends in coffee and the role of connectivity, data and intelligence in shaping the coffee ecosystem. As coffee equipment becomes increasingly connected, machine data can give professionals a clearer view of performance and help inform day-to-day decisions.

World Coffee Forum 2026 is the 15th edition of the event and will take place at COEX in Seoul from 11 to 14 November. This year’s theme is “Why We Drink Coffee?” The programme includes The Stage, The Sessions, Origin Discovery, Champion Live, SCA Education and the Coffee Futures Challenge. Organisers expect participants from 77 countries.
