At this year’s World Barista Championship in Milan, every competition espresso machine was connected to BibeCoffee telemetry, bringing live brewing data to the WBC stage for the first time.

As the event’s official telemetry provider for the World Barista Championship, we monitored thousands of extractions (BibeCoffee captured hundrends of extractions) in real time capturing key brewing parameters such as volume, temperature, flow rate, and extraction time across all rounds.
