The Role

As Senior Technical Product Manager you will be a core member of the Product Marketing team, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of our web-based service platform, mobile app, and hardware. We are seeking an individual, with background in managing technical product or services, who can drive product excellence through strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • • Define and Drive Product Roadmap, aligning with our strategic goals while continuously improving the user experience and product functionality.
  • • Identify and address Product Gaps, through innovative solutions that meet customer needs and surpass market expectations.
  • • Prioritize Product Backlog, balancing strategic objectives and customer feedback to deliver maximum value.
  • • Define Epic and Requirements, breaking down new functionalities and features into comprehensive requirements that guide the development process.
  • • Generate and maintain Product Documentation to ensure alignment across stakeholders.
  • • Collaborate closely with Engineering teams and Product Designer to ensure seamless execution of the product roadmap.
  • • Conduct market research to stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and key competitors, using this knowledge to inform product decisions.
  • • Utilize data analysis to make well-informed product decisions, ensuring that choices are backed by relevant insights and metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a relevant field
  • Proven track record of successfully defining and executing product strategies for complex digital platforms, mobile apps, and hardware products, backed by 3-4 years of experience
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and product management tools, like Jira & Confluence.
  • Proactive and can-do attitude, with ability to multitask and solve problems creatively and effectively
  • Strong customer-centric focus
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
