Junior Customer Support Agent



We are a company in the IoT space formed by an experienced team with a strong corporate background and we are looking for a Junior Customer Support Agent to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. As the first point of contact for our valued customers, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference in their experience with our company.

Responsibilities:

  • • Be the friendly and helpful voice on the other end of the line, responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with precision and efficiency
  • • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and maintain their account information
  • • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support staff, when necessary

Requirements:

  • • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
  • • A customer-centric attitude and a burning desire to go above and beyond
  • • Strong computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn and navigate company-specific software
  • • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not a deal-breaker
