As the first point of contact for our valued customers, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference in their experience with our company.
Responsibilities:
- • Be the friendly and helpful voice on the other end of the line, responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with precision and efficiency
- • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and maintain their account information
- • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support staff, when necessary
Requirements:
- • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- • A customer-centric attitude and a burning desire to go above and beyond
- • Strong computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn and navigate company-specific software
- • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not a deal-breaker
