With an innovative hardware device and easy to use platform, BibeCoffee comes to streamline the way Coffee Distributors, Makers and Chains work and operate, guaranteeing that high quality coffee is always served without compromises.

We are seeking an Electronics Engineer whose primary responsibility will be to run and test hardware, integrations with third party systems and firmware to identify issues, ensuring the overall development and improvement of our solution.

Responsibilities:

  • • Test Execution: Execute various types of QA tests, including System, Integration, and Regression tests, to identify potential issues in hardware and software products.
  • • Test Case Development: Create and maintain test cases that cover a wide range of scenarios, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
  • • Issue Reporting: Document and report bugs and errors to the development teams with clear and detailed information, including steps to reproduce the issues.
  • • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the R&D team to understand product specifications and requirements, participating in the early stages of product development to provide QA insights.
  • • Troubleshooting: Act as a 3rd-level service desk support, helping to troubleshoot complex issues that may arise during testing or in the field.
  • • Documentation: Document your testing processes, findings, and solutions comprehensively, maintaining organized records of your work.
  • • QA evolution: Contribute to the continuous improvement of the QA process by suggesting improvements and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years proven working experience as an Electronics Engineer
  • Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent
  • Understanding of electronics and hardware testing principles.
  • Experience in quality assurance testing in the electronics or hardware/software industry will be considered as a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
  • Fluency in English and in Greek
