Customer Support Coordinator



We are a technology company in the IoT space and we are looking for a Customer Support Coordinator to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. As the first point of contact for our valued customers, you’ll have the opportunity to provide a high level support to them and our team.

Responsibilities:

  • • Provide Technical Support services (Trainings/Support/Consulting) for
    our IoT Service
  • • Oversee assigned customer service operations to ensure that customer claims and complaints are handled fairly and effectively
  • • Ensure compliance to the customer contracts / SLAs
  • • Lead and maintain an efficient and productive daily operation of the Support Team
  • • Manage support issues and set priorities
  • • Team management including performance monitoring, appraisals and objective setting
  • • Provide feedback and annual performance reviews as well as formal corrective actions
  • • Ability to initiate & participate at technical conversations with internal Project Teams & Clients

Requirements:

  • • Minimum 4 years previous experience in Customer Service.
  • • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
  • • A customer-centric attitude and a burning desire to go above and
    beyond
  • • Strong computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn and navigate
    company-specific software
  • • Excellent knowledge of English language (verbal & written)
