International Key Account Manager

 

Role OverviewWe are looking for an International Key Account Manager to spearhead our expansion, starting with the UK / Ireland markets and driving global growth. In this role, you will identify and engage potential customers, conduct product demos, close deals, and manage key accounts. This position is ideal for a tech-savvy sales professional with a consultative sales approach, a passion for scaling businesses internationally, and the flexibility to travel and represent BibeCoffee at industry events.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development: Identify, engage, and convert potential customers, starting in the UK/I and expanding into international markets.
  • Customer Engagement: Conduct online and in-person product demonstrations to showcase BibeCoffee’s IoT solutions.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring long-term satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • CRM & Reporting: Utilize HubSpot and other CRM tools to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and report on performance.
  • Market Expansion: Work closely with the leadership team to refine sales strategies, identify new growth opportunities, and support global expansion efforts.
  • Industry Events & Networking: Represent BibeCoffee at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to expand brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Travel: Be available to travel as needed for customer meetings, events, and market development activities.
  • Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams (tech, product, and customer success) to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for customers.


Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years in B2B sales, account management, or business development, preferably in tech, SaaS, or IoT solutions.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems (HubSpot) and sales tools.
  • Sales Expertise: Proven ability to prospect, demo, negotiate, and close deals in a consultative manner.
  • Self-Starter: Highly motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently to drive market growth.
  • Customer-Centric: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Event & Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel when required and participate in industry events, networking opportunities, and trade shows.
